This 59-year old patient presented to us wanting her saline breasts implants removed and was a good candidate for a breast mastopexy (or breast lift) to correct ptosis. Her implants were saline implants filled to 390ccs and placed in '96. She is 5'1" and approximately 150lbs and prior to surgery was a 38C. All of her options were discussed during a consultation and she was happy with the plan. This patient is extremely happy with her results. These photos were taken approximately 8 weeks post op.
