51 year old female who was interested in improving the appearance of her abdomen and breasts. She had been working out and was not happy with the sagging of her breasts and their lack of fullness. We discussed a breast augmentation and breast lift (mastopexy) in addition to a tummy tuck and liposuction of the waist. She had pre-existing breast asymmetry and we placed a larger implant on the left side to even out her breast volume. A full anchor mastopexy (breast lift) was done for this Orange County patient to raise her breast position. Implants were used to add fullness to the superior pole of her breasts and allow for better breast shaping. Her results are shown about three months postoperative from her mastopexy and breast augmentation and the scars are improving but visible at this time. These will continue to fade over time with more healing and scar maturation.
