This 36-year-old female was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She is 5 foot 2 inches and 145 pounds. She was an A cup and was interested in achieving a full C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with a 400cc range silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to her breasts as well. A 420cc shaped, moderate profile implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. The patient was very happy with the natural results she achieved with the shaped silicone implant.
