This 34 year old female came to see us for a breast augmentation.  She is 5’7 120 pounds and a 34A.  She said she would like to be a full B.  We discussed implant sizes ranging from 339-350cc.  After trying them on an using the 3D vectra imaging machine she decided she liked the 339cc silicone smooth round implant.  We used an inframmammry fold incision and placed the implant under the muscle.  She is happy with her results.
