This is a 36 year old female who is 5’3 and 130 pounds. She wanted to have a breast augmentation because she was unhappy with the size of her breasts and wanted more fullness. We put in 397cc silicone gel implants on the right and left side through an inferior areolar incision. She was a 36A and is now a 36C.
