This 29-year-old female was unhappy with the fullness of her breast. She was a 34 B cup and was interested in achieving a full D cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 500-600 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to her breasts. A 600 cc round, high profile implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the full natural look she wanted and is very happy with her results.
