This 23-year-old female was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She is 5 foot 5 inches and 120 pounds. She was an A cup and was interested in achieving a full C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 325-375 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to her breasts as well. A 355 cc round, high profile implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the full natural look she wanted as well as increasing her cup size, she is very happy with her results.
