This 36-year-old female wanted more fullness after having a baby. She is 5 foot 4 inches and 128 pounds. She was a 34 A cup and was interested in achieving a full C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 335-375 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to her breasts. A 371 cc round, moderate profile implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the full natural look she wanted and is very happy with her results.
