26 year old female who was interested in more breast fullness, she is 5’5 and weighs 110 pounds. She was a B cup and was interested in achieving a C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 330 cc MM+ anatomic ( teardrop, shaped ) silicone gel implants that would fit her body while giving her the fullness she wanted. A 330 cc implant was placed in the subpectoral (under the muscle) plane using an inframammary incision (below the breast). The patient recieved the natural look she wanted and is very happy with her results.
