This 39 year old Orange County female had a breast augmentation.  She is 5’0 106 pounds.  She was a 34 A and was looking to be a full B/ small C.  We discussed implant sizes from 225-275 range for her to increase her breast size and fix her asymmetry.  We placed a 234 cc silicone implant on the left side submuscular using an inframmammry fold incision.  On the right we placed a 264 cc silicone implant submuscular using an inframmammry fold incision as well.  She is very pleased with her results.
