This 33-year-old female was unhappy about the size and fullness of her breasts. She is 5 foot 9 inches and 122 pounds. She was an A cup and was interested in achieving a full C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with A 300cc range silicone gel implant. A 330 cc Mentor shaped silicone implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the full natural look she wanted with the shaped implant and is very happy with her results.
