This 73-year-old female patient presented at her consultation with signs of extensive facial aging looking for a face rejuvenation. During her consultation, options were discussed and a plan was constructed for a facelift, CO2 laser, and fat grafting. A combination of all three would improve her overall results and give her an overall more youthful appearance. The CO2 laser helps resurface the skin, decreasing fine lines and wrinkles. The fat grafting helps fills in lines in her nasolabial folds as well as gives her cheeks definition. The patient is extremely happy and has given us permission to use her results.

Procedure: Lower Facelift, Fat Grafting to the cheeks
and nasolabial folds and CO2 laser to the face
