37 year old 5’7 120lbs active mother of 2 from Orange County was interested in a breast augmentation procedure. She was unhappy with her small breasts, however wanted to maintain a natural appearance. We placed 339 cc midrange profile silicone gel implants through an infra-mammary (under the breast) incision. The implants were placed in the subpectoral plane. She was very happy with her results and natural appearance.
