This 27-year-old mother of three was unhappy with the lack of fullness of her breasts after having children. She is 5 foot 7 inches and 160 pounds. She was a full C cup and was interested in achieving a full D/DD cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 600-700 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to the upper pole of her breasts. A 655/695 cc round, high profile implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the full natural look she wanted and is very happy with her results.
