24 year old female wasn’t happy with her small breast. We discussed a breast augmentation with 457 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size. A 457 cc implant was placed in the submuscular using a infra-areola incision (due to short nipple to fold distance). She achieved the fullness that she was looking for with her silicone gel implants and she is very happy with her results.
