This is a 39 year old female with a strong family history of breast cancer. She has choosen to have bilateral prophylactic mastectomies to reduce her chances of developing breast cancer. She had her mastectomies done with immediate reconstruction with insertion of tissue expanders and alloderm. This was done using a skin and nipple sparing approach. She later had the tissue expanders removed and replaced with silicone gel implants.
