This 25 year old female was unhappy with the fullness of her breast. She is 5 foot 3 inches and 105 pounds. She was was a 32 A cup and was interested in achieving a full C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 335-375 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to her breasts. A 355 cc round, high profile implant was placed sub muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the full natural look she wanted and is very happy with her results.
