50 year old female from Orange County was interested in a breast augmentation procedure. She was interested in adding fullness from her preoperative B cup breasts to achieve more fullness. We placed 339 cc midrange profile silicone gel implants through an infra-mammary (under the breast) incision. The implants were placed in the subpectoral or dual plane. She was very happy with her results and the added fullness to her breasts. She has a pre-existing contour deformity of the right medial breast which was improved with her augmentation.
