This 31-year-old female was unhappy with the size and fullness of her breasts. She is 5 foot 6 inches and 125 pounds. She was a 34 A cup and was interested in achieving a small C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 295-330 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to her breasts. A 330 cc Shaped implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the full natural look with the shaped implants that she wanted and is very happy with her results.
