Meet the Staff

Lynn Conlan

Practice Manager

Lynn Conlan consults on surgical procedures and provides pre- and post-operative counseling to Dr. Smith's and Dr. Kemsley's patients. She works with the patients alongside the doctor from the pre-op evaluation and follow-up visits.

Her dedication to helping people began with her training and operating room internship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. After working at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group as a nurse in a surgical and clinical setting, Lynn began work in plastic surgery.

Through experience in various surgical settings, Lynn prefers working in cosmetic surgery because the patients she works with are there by choice. Lynn describes Dr. Smith's and Dr. Kemsley's office as a place where she derives great satisfaction from helping people obtain their desires. She relishes the opportunity to provide both medical information and emotional support to each individual. “Our goal is to help our patients attain the physical image they've always envisioned.”

"Dr. Smith is warm, caring, and a lot of fun. He's great to work with", says Shannon Bailey. She is responsible for patient scheduling, in addition to answering phones and greeting patients. In her role, she provides an essential service to patients offering pre- and post-op instructions, conducting follow-up phone calls, and ensuring that patients have all the information they need.

"Since entering the medical field, specifically Dr. Smith's and Dr. Kemsley's cosmetic surgery practice," says Shannon. I have been able to see and appreciate the positive results cosmetic surgery brings to our patients. "In a field that's changing every day with new and improved techniques, it's so great to see the instant results and happiness Dr. Smith and Dr. Kemsley's various treatments bring. Even our simpler treatments such as Botox®, collagen, fat grafting, and skin care, just to name a few, bring instant joy to our patients' faces.
