Breast Reconstruction Before & After Photos

48 year-old female before and after bilateral breast reconstruction with silicone gel implants. The postoperative photos are after nipple-areola tattooing. She initially had immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and Alloderm, which were placed at the time of her mastectomies. The expanders were then replaced with silicone gel implants. Nipple-areola complexes were reconstructed at a separate stage followed by tattooing.
